UGH...aching arms and legs...
I went to aerobics class at the Y last night and then again for water aerobics this morning. I think I overdid it! It's weird, because I have done this before with no problem, but today I'm feeling SO sore. This is when I'm very grateful to have a hubby in massage therapy school! I think I'm going to skip the walk tomorrow and give myself a chance to rest...Hopefully I'll see you guys next week! (I am going to go to Dr. Messier's group on Tuesday, for those of you that care).

Hi Krista!Yes! Water exercise is (I think) the best way! You don't feel it when you are doing it BUT boy when it's done you feel it! I exercise allot in my pool and my legs and thighs are always sore - but like they say if you don't feel it - your not doing it right! So I guess you are!Sorry to hear that you will not make the walk - but hopefully next time we will meet!
