How goes your battle?

The battle goes on!   All I am waiting for is the Sleep Study Center or who ever it is that has my Apnea results to forward them to Dr. Fine (my pcp)   I did my time with the study, had my treatment over two weeks ago and they still haven't come through yet. Frustrating, because that is what is holding my advocate up from telling the Insurance Co. that I have fulfilled their stupid damn wish. Now, I have my follow up tomorrow with Dr. Cushing about the results. Might as well get in their face tomorrow, because I believe those results should have reached my pcp with in three days of diagnosis. So, How are you Danielle? LOL

So sorry....what a challenge!!  I am doing okay.....can't believe the summer is just about over..    Work has gotten extremely stressful, partially because I think I want to change careers.  But I am not sure I want the pay cut.  I am going to try to make it to the Sept 5th meeting...how about u?

Danielle, I'm sorry you are under so much stress at work, and I clearly understand how you feel. This has been what I have been doing for the last two months while taking the summer off. I too want a career change. I've already made that decision but the whole thing is... Yes, just like you, do I want to take a pay cut? I am extremely interested in going to school for phlebotomy. I really would love this as a career. It would keep my salary about the same or little to nothing in a pay cut. What are you interested in doing? I am definitely going to the meeting, I look forward to it! I'm bringing in something that would be useful to all. Have to go in order to know! LOL

FUN!!  I am thinking I want to get into HR.  Honestly being a school teacher interests me also, but I know I don't want to go back to school.  I just finished my Masters in HR in March and am feeling done at this point.

HR can be stressful at times, as I have seen in a old co-worker of mine. But it can also be rewarding too. I thought the job pays really well, no?

Not to start.  I have been working in IT for almost 10 years now and I am one step away from being a manager.
