I have been posting on the regular lap band forum and then found RI forum. I had my lap band surgery 11/06 and am down 60 pounds. I am looking into a personal trainer anyone herd of the place Body Complete womens gym? Kristen

Hi Kristen, I am in Cranston also. I have not heard of this gym.  I currently belong to Planet Fitness on Sockanosset.  It is just okay, but it is crazy cheap.   I used to go to: http://www.uniquefitnessllc.com/ It was really good, but decided that I really couldn't spend the money anymore. This gym is on Cranston Street in Cranston across the street from Cafe Itri. It use to be the old Cardis furniture store. I went in today and it is more for personal training which I need. It is a womens only gym. I am going to try it for a while and see what happens. It is a little expensive but if it pays off at the end then I don't care. I have lost a lot of muscle and my back hurts so bad so they can help me build muscle where I need it and get rid of what I don't need.
