Our last Valentines Mini-goal Monday update
I'm happy to report that I've also reached my mini-goal. I started out at 198 and my goal was to drop 10 pounds, which brings me to 188. Like many of you I've been thinking of what my next goal ought to be and when I think about saying something in the 170's my brain can't handle it. I'm almost scared to commit to such a goal because I've never in my life saw those numbers on a scale. I remember being 12 and weighing 160 at the dr.'s office. Next thing you know, I'm in high school and well over 200lbs. Tell me i'm not dreaming!
I will also weigh in on Valentine's day to see if the scale will give me a little something extra to be happy about on V-day!!!

First off, everyone is doing great!!!!!!!! Keep up the good work!!!! I have met my mini goal of getting an exercise bike and starting an exercise regiment. For the past week, I been riding my exercise bike for 15mins every morning. I have been able to say no to sweets and I have been trying to eat in a healthy way (doing ok with that). My next mini goal is to be able to exercise for 45mins and hopfully by then I would have already had my surgery.

Well I made my 1st goal a few weeks back and then wanted to get into my size 14 clothes... well it looks like it's not going to happen...
I am in the sixteens now BUT Oh well! I still have lost 47 pounds since 12/26/07 and dropped three sizes! The people around me are noticing the shrinking me (they are calling me "L'l Kim") and that's enough to make me feel that I am accomplising my goals! I feel so good!
