Today i am doing good deeds for my 2 heavyweight neighbors.  Yesterday i cleaned out all of my 3 closets and a couple of drawers of clothes that i am swimming in big $$$ items too.  So i thought instead of giving them to the salvation army i would help out my 2 friends.  Wow did they ever like what they saw i had 2 rear seats and the hatch in the back full of clothes now there is 1/2 of the hatch left not bad huh.  Now i will take the rest to the less fortunate and get a right off.  Also for the last 2 weeks i have been walking 3.6 miles per day and i jog the end of that but i dont go when it rains because i dont want to get sick.  Today i feel good but i am wiped so i will only take the dog for a 1 mile walk.  Is it ok to take a break once in a while to let my body catch up or do we have to do this everyday, i feel like a scumbag if i dont go? Wow Donnie, thats wonderful. Now its time to go buy all new clothes! Wow..your exercise is impressive, I dont think you necessarily have to do that much every day, but if you feel better doing it then by all means do! I work out  1/2 hour twice a week with a personal trainer and try to walk on my treadmill at least a mile 3 times a week and Dr Pohl seemed very happy with that. Edited to correct my bad grammar. My brain is fried today, llooonnnnngg day at work, so I apologize.

Hi Donnie! Wow....3.6 miles per day, thats awesome! You look great and you're doing such a great job with your weightloss so far! I'm proud of you!!!

I definitely think that a break once in a while is a good thing. You dont want to over-do it!

PS - your dog must be exhausted!!!

Wow!!  Doesn't it feel good to be able to push past that "don't feel like it" and do something good for yourself??  I keep telling myself I am going to start walking outside now that it is nice- haven't yet.  Maybe I should grab one of my dogs tomorrow and go- though they just like to run!!!
