I need help getting back into the right mindset!!
I'm keeping track of water intake and protien but not a dedicated food journal.
Part may be water retention, I am having issues with my system being completely out of whack right now and my thyroid is swelled up now as well.
I have no restriction at this point, first fill is tomorrow.
I am hoping that by getting a few of these issues under control, along with more effort from me, I can get back in the game.
