Vegetarian after RNY?

I had rny 8 months ago, and I'm managing very well as a vegetarian. I do eat dairy, but no fish or meat. All of my labs have been great, I feel great, and I'm getting 80-90 grams of protein and 600-700 calories per day.

I'm eating a lot of Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, eggbeaters, tofu, baked tofu, beans, lentils, veggie burgers, and usually a banana/kefir/protein powder smoothie for breakfast.

I was prepared to give up being vegetarian after surgery if my health required it, but I'm very happy that I haven't had to.

I've lost 176 pounds since my referral in Feb. 2010, and 131 since surgery on May 11, 2010.
