In less then a years I have went from a size 22 to a size 12. A XXL shirt to a large. YAY FOR ME!!!!!!!!
Just wanted to pat myself on the back a little!

I have changed my goal though. At first I thought I'd like to be at 150, but I think 160 is more realistic. I don't want to be too thin, and I would be happy at a size 12 or 10. Any lower and I think I would look sickly. At 5'7'' and 48 that is good.
