LiveStrong is great it does both food and exercise and will even calculate your caloric deficit as you get further out.

I started using myfitnesspal months and months ago.  I'm now almost 3 weeks postop and I really like how it adds up my daily protein.  It's never happy with my low calorie counts, but I just ignore that part!

MyFitnessPal.com Hands down! As another poster stated, it ALWAYS tells me I'm eating too few calories but I just ignore it. They have a HUGE database of foods with the nutritional values already programmed in, including specific brands. If you can't find your specific food, it has a feature were you can add it to "your" list of foods and save it for future reference by entering the nutrition label yourself. It also tracks exercise and calories burned from it. I use it online, on my ipad and on my droid. Have fun!
