thanks but it's pretty much the same things over and over LOL.. and then Im a glutton unfortunately
I WISH I could tolerate some of the things others eat. 

hope your drinking LOTS of water....
Babygirl got her surgery March 3rd...     She's from 339 to 200 as of 6/14/2012.. SOO proud of my bigbabygirl

Good Morning and Happy Thursday everyone! :)

Today's Meals are tentative, but here's what I'm thinking....

B - Egg Muffin sandwich (2 eggs fried w/ Pam, toasted english muffin)

L - Turkey and Ham sandwich with baked BBQ Lays

D - Thinking Grilled Chicken breast with veggies and stuffing, but not sure.

Calories burned will come from walking with Leslie Sansone!

L-isopure black tea
D- meatballs and sauce...maybe some dreamfeilds pasta

@ Diva-I always see that you are eating quiche, I love quiche so I was wondering do you buy it or is it homemade?

Oh yeah the only meal I am sure about today is Wendy's chili for lunch.

my pouch  quiche SO I make at least 2 a week.  All it is is baked scrambled eggs.  I scramble some eggs and throw them in a premade pie shell and add various cheeses, onions, mushrooms, MAYBE meats... then bake till done.


But Im a caterer so Im always cooking

I kept seeing your posts and thought, mmm quiche, so I bought a pack of the mini ones in the frozen section, I have made quiche before and the frozen are no where near as good as the homemade ones.  You have inspired me!

Hi all, late today! Coming at ya from my office--at lunch right now.

Went to a step class last night at the gym!! Considering I have not done step class in about 15-20 years, I did pretty good!!

Breakfast today was protein shake
Lunch is Greek yogurt plain with some SF strawberry preserves stirred in.
dinner, I will make a omelet now that I Can have eggs!

snacking on Melba rounds and WW jalapeno cheese wedges.

Gym tonight--might just do some walking on the track..Tomorrow is a month!! doing blood work in the AM.
