Good Morning and Happy Thursday everyone! :)
Today's Meals are tentative, but here's what I'm thinking....
B - Egg Muffin sandwich (2 eggs fried w/ Pam, toasted english muffin)
L - Turkey and Ham sandwich with baked BBQ Lays
D - Thinking Grilled Chicken breast with veggies and stuffing, but not sure.
Calories burned will come from walking with Leslie Sansone!

in a funk today...so not in the mood to eat but I will.

Hi all, late today! Coming at ya from my office--at lunch right now.
Went to a step class last night at the gym!! Considering I have not done step class in about 15-20 years, I did pretty good!!
Breakfast today was protein shake
Lunch is Greek yogurt plain with some SF strawberry preserves stirred in.
dinner, I will make a omelet now that I Can have eggs!
snacking on Melba rounds and WW jalapeno cheese wedges.
Gym tonight--might just do some walking on the track..Tomorrow is a month!! doing blood work in the AM.
