Bikram Yoga

Does anyone do Bikram Yoga?  It looks like it would be a really good way to regain flexibility, just a little concerned about the extreme heat in the studio and the limited ability to quickly replenish water.  Thoughts?

I am taking a more slower and light yoga class.
I am not to sure if yoga was ever really ment to be a sweat lodge work out.  It is more of a body mind connection and that is how I am using it.

Absolutely no frickin' way.  But that's me.  No way I could handle the heat.  I wilt if it's over 80.

Do you already do yoga? My yoga studio has a "therapeutic" yoga class for people with medical issues. That's me. I take it slow.

I am pre op and haven't done Bikrim in a year. I stopped because of a pre-existing back issue that was bothering me too much. I hope to start back up after surgery I absolutely loved it but have nothing to compare it to since its the only yoga i have done.

Just got home from hot yoga it's a blast and you burn a crap load of calories! You should try it. I am doing my second trial of 2 weeks unlimited for $25.  I have back and hip problems and I take it real slow. Hydrate before during and after! Good luck

I am currently at 130 lbs 10 pounds below goal weight!
