Which yogurt is better ??? Fage ot Dannon greek???? OR (what do u eat)???
Personally, I cannot stand Greek yogurt!!! BUT, when shopping for i****ch out for the sugar content. Some of them are very high (although not all of them). I like the Dannon Light and Fit Sugar and Carb control (which is different from the regular Dannon Light and Fit). It doesn't have anywhere near the protein of Greek yogurt, but I add unflavored protein powder to it.

Hey Teri-Lynn, be careful. I just read an article at work yesterday that the makers of Chobani are being sued for adding dried cane to their yogurt and improper labeling. I love Chobani but moved to a lower sugar product.

I like the Oikos Greek yogurt...hoping that John Stamos will pop into my kitchen! :)
It is kinda thick, but I get the plain yogurt and add to it. If I want sweet, I chop up some pears or peaches, add a little Splenda and sometimes a dash of vanilla flavoring or raspberry sugar free syrup...mix it up and it's yummy. For something to dip tender chicken into, I mix the yogurt with a shake of garlic powder, onion salt or powder, or whatever seasonings you like.
In 1/2 cup, I believe it's 10 or gms of protein and 100 calories. You may want to check to make sure of the protein/calories...I'm going by memory (which is not great).
I've been playing with the foods that I'm allowed, and finding that variety truly is the spice of life!
Have fun shopping.
