BMI down!!!!!

My pre-op bmi was 42. 5 week post op is now 35. I am thrilled

Your post made me curious, so I went and checked and I have gone from 47.8 to 34.7 YEAH! You just gave me a little victory! :)

HW333--SW 289--GW of 160 5' 11" woman. I only know the way I know & when you ask for input/advice, you'll get the way I've been successful through my surgeon & nutritionist. Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way. Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!

Way to go!!!! Do you feel much better? I have only lost 20 pounds since surgery, but doing all the physical daily stuff is already easier. Keep up the good work :)

Oh, I do! Absolutely!

I was at 289 the day of surgery and tomorrow I will be at 10 weeks out and am hoping that I will be at 241 on the scale. I only weigh on Mondays now. I was at 333 in January and the difference is amazing! I have so much energy and just feel so much better overall, it makes me sad that I did not do this 10 years prior. But I sure glad I did not wait another 10 years!!

Wow I hadn't even thought about seeing what mine had changed to .... I just did the calculation and I was 46.2 preop and 36.6 now 11 weeks postop tomorrow the 22nd! Well now that deserves a big ol WHOOOOOOOOT!!!!

Me too it will be 5 weeks Tuesday and went from BMI of 42 to 35.7. Hopefully doctors scale will be less

I haven't had surgery yet, but seeing this post just makes me feel proud of all of you and sooo dang anxious to get surgery done! Have a visit with the cardiologist for an irregular heart beat found with the stress test, then should be sent to insurance...can't wait!
