What kind of scale do you use?

I am definitely low tech.I have a plain digital scale. Weigh myself in the morning and it keeps me honest by the number. Good now that I am at goal. I do have a pedometer and do log food and exercise on my fitness pal.

If you already have a FitBit, I recommend the Aria, for sure.  It's neat and syncs with things like TrendWeight which is my number one best tracking tool for this entire process.

VERY OLD SCHOOL!

Back in the 80's on my diet #243 I bought a doctor's scale and have carted that puppy every where I moved. I still have it today and it's right on every time
