Oh man, we're getting a bunch of snow here. It isn't really bad yet - but it's windy and sooooo cold. Just got word that we're going to close early (though my director can't make up her mind what time exactly) and we'll be closed tomorrow because there's a snow emergency declared for my township and we're a township owned building so we have to be - darn

Good morning! I am just getting back to my program after having my son at the end of November. My go to snack right now is lean ground beef with cottage cheese. My goal is to lose 30 lbs by July, but I will revise my goAl after seeing my dietitian eArly February.
snack: protein shake w 1 c almond milk
breakfast: 1/2 c egg whites
snack : 2 oz lean ground beef 1/4 c cottage cheese 1/8 c tomato sauce
lunch; same as lunch
snack: protein shake
supper: 2 oz farmer sausage 3 perogies
1000 calories 52 carb 134 protein
50 min elliptical
