starting pre op diet today

I dont think I have ever been happy to begin a diet, but I am happy this morning opening my shake. One week to go!!

Thank you....and yes, oh happy day. Needless to say, my pre-op is 800 calories but not restricted to liquids. Easy peasy

Congratulations!! I am one-month post-op, so I remember being told to lose weight before the surgery. Knowing that it was leading to something new made making better decisions easier (especially as it was over Halloween, Thanksgiving, and lots of Holiday parties).

Best of luck to you. If you need to, start making plans now for support from friends and/or family for your hospital stay and discharge.
