Wondering how to lower my fasting BS. This morning was 110. I know that is not bad, but I am seeing people who have fasting BS under 100 and that is what i would like to get to. Any ideas?

Lower carbs and hydration keep my numbers in the right range. Also something else that helps is making sure I get some kind of exercise in even if it's only 30 minutes of walking. I haven't been on any medication since surgery last August.

Since two days post-op, I haven't been on diabetes meds.  My surgeon and PCP told me to keep it that way is to eat complex carbs, rarely to no simple carbs and do some sort of activity 3-4 times a week at a minimum.

Were you diabetic on meds prior to surgery?  Not sure why you are off meds if your fasting bs is still so high.  My morning blood sugar is typically in the 70's and has been for many years now.  I was diabetic prior to wls and on Avandia, I came home off this medication after surgery and have had normal (fasting no higher then 90 right after surgery) bs ever since.  What are you eating at night that is keeping your bs so high?

Some of us have blood sugars that go up over night, especially if we go too long without eating.  I have a small, planned, protein snack before bedtime and it keeps my fasting sugar levels under 90.  Might be worth a try.
