Do you mind posting some of the aforementioned pointers. I SUCK cooking meat. I somehow manage to even dry out meat in my slowcooker....

Once the grill was hot I turned it down to low and cooked the frozen burger 4 mins on each side, only turning once. It was perfect. I seasoned it with steak spices and put a little mustard balsamic dressing I make. I need to get up the nerve to try a steak and chicken. Grim is my muse LOL You can do it, keep practicing ![]()

One of my cats will never take no for an answer. if i eat meat - He will have some... no matter what it takes for him to get it...
chicken is the worse...
my other cat - she ask for it - but will only it is if it is fresh... and only some of it...
Now - one of my coworkers is worse than that- if I am reheating my meat and leave it unattended (GF grill or stove) she will help himself to a bite or 2... really... - he and I been working together for 21 years and we treat each other more like brother and sister...
