People Not Feeling Well after WLS

Weak initially after the surgery, yes. But once everything has healed up, if you are getting in your protein and water you will find your energy level going up as the weight comes off. I am far more active and doing far more "heavy lifting" than I have in decades, and I'm pretty old.

Great question and I don't think your wrong in being afraid if you weren't I would be more concerned.  

I'm not scheduled yet,  have my final pre-op in a week then the dreaded insurance company game starts.  I am nervous every day every appointment every support meeting. 

On the other hand I can't wait.
