QOTD: it used to be weird working noises- people cutting toenails and nails at their DESKS, chomping food loudly at work, talking loudly, etc. now that im a home worker all of that goes away- now it is ass kissers.
QOTD (from chassibi): I have SO MANY pet peeves at work, let me try and narrow it down. Ok I have a boss that whenever he is having a bad day, he brings EVERYONE DOWN WITH HIM!! He is like a walking black cloud that follows you around. Its horrible! AND he is the first person to tell new employees to "leave their home life at home" etc etc ![]()

M1: 2 packets Oatfit maple brown sugar, 30g slivered almonds, 30g raisins/dried cranberries
M2: Flatout wrap, 2oz deli chicken, 1oz RF sargento mexican, baby spinach, dill pickles
M3: Dannon L&F Greek vanilla yogurt w/ 30g fiber active ceral, (1) HB egg
M4: 2oz homemade country style spareribs (cooked in my pressure cooker)
M5: 4oz Fairlife skim milk, 1.5 scoops Syntrax milk chocolate
Totals: Cals: 1259 Protein: 112 Carbs: 130 Fat: 44
My macros are off, I need to add something, but have to figure out what has the right amounts of cals/protein/carbs/fat! lol Its like a weird math problem.
