The insanity of losing weight never gets easier!

Remember when we were losing together and you use to send me messages trying so so so so hard to find something you liked with exercising   

Thanks, it feels good to be back to eating right and moving.  Sitting and feeling sad all the time sucks   OMG, the heat here has been insane.  Over 100 degrees every day. I can't wait for Fall.
