New and Have a September 7th Surgery Date

Hello All!

I have been creeping this site for some time, but now that I have an actual date, I am getting nervous/excited and feel the need to seek personal guidance, rather than just general posts.  

My surgery date will be in Edmonton, with Dr. Kanji, on September 7th.  Anyone else here who goes through/has gone through the Edmonton Bariatric Clinic?

Yes, I will be starting on Wednesday.  I'm allowed 4 Ensure drinks (but I bought a mix of Premier Protein and Ensure, because Premier Protein is available in bulk at Costco and has fewer calories and more protein) and 1 cup of 0% Greek yogurt and a minimum of 4 cups of liquid besides that, including broth.
