Need help from you how to slow/stop the weight loss
You're petite - at 4'11" I'm not surprised that you are in those small sizes. At 5'3.5" I would tower over you. I would still check in with your doc and get labs run to make sure your vits are in range.
I find that when I approached goal/normal weight, the best weight is more individualized to your % body fat and not just your weight.

Adding extra calories and taking some digestive enzymes together with that food helps.
More slider foods - more cooked starches - with added good fat will help you get them down.
When you can't eat enough - drinking with food byt making sure you chew that very well can help. Stay away from fillers - like raw veggies - they take space without adding enough calories. If you want fresh veggied - juice them - adding some fruit juice (not too much if you dump) to drink during a meal.
Easy way to increase calories are nuts - Raw nuts - need to be sprouted - Google how to sprout that. That is really important.
Losing size may indicate you are losing muscles - not good. Proteins + fats (avocado) plus starches...
Get check for parasites.
