I'm happy to report that all of my information has gone to my insurance for approval.

I hope so, too!  I talked to a guy that I work with that has the same insurance, and he was approved in two weeks, so maybe it will be soon!

That's exciting. I just received my approval on Oct 4th. It took close to 3 weeks. Info was submitted on Sept 16th. My surgery date is November 29th. Good luck and I hope you hear back soon.
