Well about 3 dsys ago fluids started making me nauseous. I am now dehydrated and at the ER for fluids. They are also going to do a barium swallow and possible endoscopy to make sure the opening from the stomach to the intestines is not closing. Well one test at a time.

Okay, so I am happy to let you know that it is nothing major.

TMI to follow

I am apparently very constipated. My intestines are full. This caused my nausea and that led to my dehydration.  So I am getting fluids, liquid vitamins, nausea medicine, and help getting things moving. I will need to stay on Laxatives for a few days and if things don't move again. I can go home soon once my iv is done and I keep fluids down.

Glad that it didn't turn out to be something much more serious. That constipation is something I think most of us deal with at some point and many of us always battle! Miralax and stool softeners are our best friends

I'm glad it was that solution versus one that required surgery!
