All was well at 3 months lab. But D high end of normal. I had to stop 50,000iu, once a week, and told to take 800iu a day, but the multi has it. I'm taking Celebrate calcium chewable until done then will switch to the petites. Sublingual B12. Alive women's energy, made by Natures Way. It has 18mg iron and 60mg C plus Vit D 1,000. I am now 4 months out.

I take the Women's Alive one per day. Is that enough? I'm post menopausal and age 60.
