Just got my surgery date!

yep, you can definitely do them with a sore hip! Like I said, I started out slow and easy and going back to do the video everyday has made them easier for me so i can burn more. Like the one guy says, no matter how slow your exercising, you're still doing laps around the people on the couch, so take it slow and build from there. Im really surprised because their 12 reps were difficult the first couple days, I was sweating, but now I'm up to 30 reps, I didn't think it was possible and I wanted to quit the first couple days I was so frustrated but now look IT IS POSSIBLE!
