Hi Carol! So jealous you are at the beach!!! Have a blast!
Great CAMAW menu! Just a small tweak, veggies and fruit are not part of AMAW/CAMAW week so you will have to ditch the broccoli for the week, its just 4 more days you can do this!
Awesome job on the steps too, look at you go!
Looking forward to the next 4 days of menus, you are off to a great start for day 1!!
I am doing CAMAW.
My stomach, however, is killing me and has been all weekend. So no breakfast for me. Menu posted for if it stops hurting. Otherwise, I will be drinking water and hot, non-caffeinated herbal tea today.
Lunch: two hardboiled eggs
144 calories, 4 carbs and 12.6 protein
mid-afternoon snack: one mozzarella cheese stick
80 calories, 1 carb, 8 protein
dinner: 3.5 ounces of cooked beef tenderloin (seared with salt and pepper, nothing else)
301 calories, 0 carbs, 24.85 protein

So glad to have you with us Oxford! I am so sorry to hear you are not well! Is it a stomach bug or something did not agree with you? I sure hope you are back to feeling better right away!
If you can't eat that yummy tenderloin I will eat it for you LOL

My doctor thinks it is gastritis or an ulcer. I have an RX for proposed and go back to see him in a month. He also ordered some labs, just to cover bases.
