Good Morning! It's payday Monday so it'll be very busy. I'm hoping for a good productive day.

QOTD: We had a pretty uneventful weekend. Em is doing well after her wisdom teeth surgery Friday. She even worked a few hours last night to get ready for the indoor dining to begin this week.

TSS: 6 years, 7 months

B: Sf latte, Jimmy Dean scramble, and an apple

L: Deli meat ham, spinach salad with shredded cheddar cheese, SF pudding, and a pear

S: SF iced latte, protein puffs, carbmaster yogurt, and a plum

D: Roasted turkey breast, cauliflower with cheese sauce, sliced orange/ banana, and 2 squares dark chocolate

ES: Greek yogurt with 1/4 cup fiber cereal

E: elliptical and treadmill

V/W: On track

Totals: Cals: 1311 Protein:135 Carbs: 107 Fat:40

Wisdom teeth extracted just before an Easter weekend? What did poor Em do to deserve that? I hope she got to enjoy a mini egg shake or something as a treat. Great to hear she is feeling well!

She wanted to get it done during Spring break. I did let her have a piece of Easter chocolate by letting it melt against the roof of her mouth. :)

Glad she's doing ok, sounds like she is a little ahead of where our kids were. We played the cold case game (Harmony) it super fun.

She isn't taking Advil today so I think she's doing good. She lost one stitch but the dr said it should be fine when I called him Saturday. She's still a bit swollen but luckily she has to wear a mask at school and work.

yay! Glad you all liked the game. How long did it take you all to finish?

QOTD - Was a very nice quiet weekend!

Breakfast - fasting so hot black coffee and water

Lunch - Not sure, but I've packed a mint chocolate kale smoothie, lots of veggies and fruits. I may eat out somewhere local though and save all that for snacks/dinner

Dinner - NO clue. Nothing planned
