Congrats, Chrissy!!! 25:59 is a really good time, I'm proud of you. Faster than my 800 pace and you did it for 6 times as long. When I was running a few two years ago, my goal was to break 30 and I never did.

Good morning~ Happy to hear of your reprieve, JB! I had a wonderful weekend - relaxing, fun and productive. I didn't do everything I wanted, there just wasn't enough time. I stayed on plan all weekend, but there were a ton of SALTY choices that have me up 2 pounds and feeling heavy. I know I didn't over eat so I will pound the water today.

QOTD - Love Disney movies and Disneyland is fun but I can't imagine going all the time - that would bore me. The crowds were tolerable considering I've only been 3 times, but every month? No. I do want to go with my son to see Star wars though.

Winning that race for your age division is fantastic. I have never won a race and always told myself that it was a personal victory to finish one. I am so happy for you.

Hi All.

A late post today due to work and making sure I get my workout in. I had a nice July 4th weekend. The kids and I went to the lake to kayak and paddleboard. I have decided we need at least one more water toy so I purchased another stand-up paddleboard. Both the SUP and kayak are a great way to get a workout in without it feeling like a workout.

I am to the point in my diet where I am shedding hair. I have been taking biotin for a bit so I was hoping that I wouldn't experience hair loss. Hopefully, it won't get to thin.

QOTD: I hate standing in lines and crowds. However, I do enjoy the rides at Disney Land. We use to go pretty often when my kids were younger but haven't been in awhile. I went to EPCOT center once otherwise have never been to Disney World.
