Good morning ~ Yay for great work days and cookie spaces! Sounds like things are going really well for you and that is awesome. I had a busy half day at work then I was back to the salon. She did everything under the sun to make me feel better and love my hair and I sure do now! If I had to guess, the anxiety from going back was far less than if I had 'let it go'. Oh, I woulda' been salty stewing for months. Work today is a catch up from all the other days I said I was gonna catch up. This weekend is supposed to rain. I have things I wanted/needed to do outside, but that is okay I have plenty of other things to keep me busy. I think we are about to cut cable. I've done the math and it doesn't make sense what we pay! And still stream all the things we really want. I want to make sure Rob's sports channels are covered before we cut the cord or he just may go live at the saloon down the street.
QOTD - I lost hunger at first and it took awhile to learn the new feeling. Fullness queue**** or miss. On any given day, I can eat 1 portion of something, another day more like 2, and on another only 1/2. I don't get it. I gained a lot weight eating/drinking around my pouch and hunger. It's very easy to do. My eating preference is meals - 3 squares and a planned snack to be safe. If I plan well, I can stay on track. If I don't, I can easily blow it all to bits.
Accountability - great, no wine and 181.6 - a new low!
b - L&F yogurt and protein granola
l - 1/2 my pesto chicken and pasta from last night
d- leftover kielbasa and eggs
s- jerky and string cheese

We cut the cord and have YouTube tv so we can get the sport ball package for NFL. It's amazing. Just make sure you get a fire stick or Roku stick because the remote is much better. We do YouTube tv, Netflix and pea**** I don't find enough I want to watch on Hulu or Apple TV or max or Disney.
