Mary, I feel like we are in England, everything is green and growing like crazy, but it's cool and rainy every day.

Good Morning on what is my Friday as well! I am heading to San Diego in the morning-excited to spend the weekend with Em and of course we will have a blast at the concert (it'll be a long day but so worth it!) and then we will enjoy the day Satursday with no real set plans and then drive home Sunday. Hi! Thought I'd be smart and pre-plan for today last night then I only slept 3 1/2 hrs and woke up too darn tired to mess with it. I planned a cheat day but couldn't be bothered, lol. Ended up with 487 calories, 67g prot, 29g carbs, 14g fat and we won't discuss the sodium. It's my birthday after all so wonderful salt was my cheat.

B: 1 zucchini and 1 onion slice sauteed, topped with 6 Tab egg substitute.

S: Almond milk collagen sf latte

L: nothing, not hungry

D: 2 oz lean ground beef sauteed and well drained, 2/3 cup Shirataki noodles, 1/2 cup Hunts marinara, 1 cup home canned green beans.

LS: the plan is to have a Fairlife chocolate shake that I've frozen into cubes blended into a milkshake for a treat. But my pouch hurts from all that ground beef and marinara so I may skip it.

Our weather has been so weird...mostly cool and dry until yesterday when it went to 91. Then today, back to cool again and bouts of pounding rain. Just as well, I was too tired and achy to be working in the garden. Looking forward to seeing your Billy Goat, he sounds handsome!

Edit: I loosely try to follow Dr. Matthew Weiner's 'A Pound of Cure' but am finding it hard to get in my pound and a half of veggies. Hopefully as I get back in the swing of things it will be easier.

Hope everybody had a great day, see you tomorrow!
