Finally Friday's Menu
I knew your pictures would be awesome and they are. What an exciting adventure. Congratulations on your "big win" on Wheel of Fortune. Nobody would watch with me because I always guessed the answers too quickly and could not keep quiet about it. I am sure it is a lot harder when you are actually doing it.

Real life begins where your comfort zone ends
It's so much harder.

Good Morning! It's FRIYAY! I am hoping to accomplish what I need to get today for Monday's payroll that I don't have to work this weekend. It's John's birthday and it would be nice to have the mental break to celebrate with him but as always I am dependant on other department's data so fingers crossed! That pic is just too cute I love it.
QOTD: Baby goats
Menu is the same during the day and I haven't decided on dinner yet so that is up in the air. Exercise is done and water/vits on track. I hope everyone enjoys their weekend.
QOTD- As a spinner I'd say sheep, but I love goats. They are so sweet, so I'd say both if I had the space. They had goats where I boarded my horse, and they were so adorable. I pretty much love all animals.
I'm struggling at work, my previous experiences make me gun shy. I'm afraid I will either put too much or not enough on the drawings so I've just been stuck. My boss is good, he gets me and is not pressuring me although he probably should.
It's not supposed to be as warm today, but I need to go water the plants anyway.
Honestly I am depressed, I stress over everything and have no joy in my life. Being a responsible adult truly sucks at times.
Have a great day everyone!

Good morning all and Happy Friday, It's a beautiful day to be alive and a nice week that is wrapping up. Patience, calmness, tolerance, and grace have really really helped.
I hope to sign a lease today. I am waiting for one lease seeing two apartments and have one application in.
My garage sale is not happening this weekend. It is not worth the time or physical effort at this point.
QOTD- I would choose lamb. Deciding factors: Food, clothes, mutton chops and help falling asleep.
B: Dannon Light and Fit yogurt, 1/3 bagel, lox.
L: ?? Something quick. Maybe rotisserie chicken.
D: TBD Date night.
Someone painted those stone lion statues and it's a little less ferocious. Red snapper ceviche. My parents wedding night bill.

"I wonder if pizza thinks about me, too."
Your baby goats are so cute and I bet when they get to that springy age they'll be so fun to watch. Congratulations! I'll have to read other replies to see what you have named them. Hope you've had a great first weekend with the babies.
QOTD: Neither. If I had the land, money and time I'd raise mini Jerseys and polled Dexters. Good dispositions, a smaller amount of meat and good milk productions. Although, I don't think I'd turn down Valais Blacknose sheep...their babies prance so stinkin' cute!
Lately my meals are pretty much the same thing: breakfast is that protein/collagen shake with lots of ice, I'm usually not hungry for lunch or dinner but make myself eat around 6 or 7 and in these early days I'm still avoiding any processed carbs or potatoes and rice. So dinner is just as much protein as possible without costing me too much on carbs. Dr. said she wants me sticking to 20-30 grams per day. When my knee allows more exercise I'll add more carbs and fats to fuel that. For each day I usually eat around 500 calories but allow myself up to 1000 so it doesn't feel like a punishment.
Finally hit two big markers this weekend and right at the 9-week mark in my generic Contrave journey: 1- I made it to Onederland finally and 2- I hit the 30# loss mark. It doesn't feel like it though in my jeans. The 18's are still super baggy but I can hardly zip up my 16's of the same brand. And personally, I'm sure those are vanity sizes.
