What's on your Wednesday Menu?
Happy Hump Day Menuers!!! Glad it is the middle of the week. Yesterday was pretty busy in the scale for a Tuesday, but it did make the day go by quick. Hit the Y for a 40 minute workout and then went home and got the rabbits bred.
I knew the Silver Fox pair would be right on it well like rabbits. You know the breeding was successful when there is what is called three fall offs. Jack is a big buck like a good 18lbs and Jill isn't that far behind him in size, but he was so gentle and loving. They even snuggled afterwards. Then we did the Cream D'Argents they are a few lbs. smaller and it took them a bit longer to figure things out, but Prince got the job done and then Princess was like OK I need to go back to my house I'm done with him. Some rabbits like to cuddle and snuggle and others don't. Now we'll see if the breeding took and if we will have baby bunnies in 35-45 days.
QOTD: What's the most exotic meat that you have tried? I've eaten venison, goat, lamb, tons of different types of seafood, but I would have to say alligator was the most exotic meat and it was actually pretty tasty. Tasted to me like calamari.
B: coffee and squash and eggs
L: Not sure I might hit up the local Mexican food truck
D: salad with grilled chicken
Weight machines and swimming at the Y.
Have a great day everyone!!
More baby goat pictures.

Good mornin y'all.
Yesterday ended up being ****ty but at least that's over.
We have a lot to do today. Sam's, Walmart....maybe the thrift store. Probably the dollar tree. I'm already tired.
Not in the most positive mood and I'm kind of *****y so I'll keep this short LOL
QOTD: emu I guess. Oh and rattlesnake jerky. Just ewww on that last one. So gross.
B: power crunch bar and coffee
L: ?????
D: I want to get some kind of beef.
That is so true. Vee my girl kitty will only drink out of a water glass in the bathroom. She lets me know she is thirsty by standing on her back legs and pawing at the sink cabinet. So of course I indulge her and fill the glass. She prefers her water fresh and cold. Not that she is at all spoiled.

Good morning, everyone!
I feel like this week is passing by really slowly. Maybe because Marilyn and my youngest are away. I'm back in the office today, and I need to go to CrossFit tonight, maybe that will make it go by faster.
I swam at lunch yesterday and it was just a wonderful break to be outside and in the water on a sunny summer day. As a plus, the noon lap swim isn't nearly as crowded as the 5:30.
I asked Marilyn if she got some rest and she said she stayed up way too late streaming Ballard which is a new spin-off of Bosch. She did get into the pool and said it was very refreshing.
QOTD: I'm going to go with Sea Urchin.
Breakfast: bagel
Lunch: catered
Dinner: I'm not sure, most likely my son is cooking
Have a great, day all!

Good Morning! Love the pics of the cute goats. We are getting a break in the over 100 degree temps (high 80's) and hopefully it stays that way for the weekend so my A/C can catch a break. Not much on my agenda for today which is nice because I do need to catch up on a few things and also meet with my team members.
QOTD: I am not adventerous at all, I don't even eat much seafood.
Menu is same as yesterday and I took a rest day bu****er and vits are on track.
I hope everyone has a great day.
QOTD- Not adventurous at all, I don't eat meat but do eat fish and shrimp.
I had a long talk with my boss yesterday. He is so supportive and helpful. He understands my issues and told me to go ahead and make mistakes. We can always correct them. I've been so afraid to move forward. But he made it OK. So I need to get to work.
Love the goats, baby goats make my day!
I lowered my desk and I'm not sure I like it. I also now have a vertical mouse that is good. Trying not to have my wrist ache so much.
I saw my surgeon yesterday and my wrist is good, I should be able to do anything with it. I have one more PT session next week. Some things aggravate it, but mostly it doesn't ache all the time like it used to.
Have a great day everyone!

When I was young I would have tried anything but could not afford to do that. I was always skirmish about things like a fish with head on and would send it back for them to remove the head before I ate it. I could not stand to eat anything that still had eyes looking at me.
When I could buy anything I wanted, I no longer wanted to try exotic foods. I am perfectly happy with a piece of halibut or salmon. The last thing I had that was not a usual meal was oxtail soup at a bed and breakfast and years ago.
