Finally Friday's Menu
Happy Friday Gang!! So an update on the skeletal remains that were found they were not human. I guess it was pieces of bones and not an entire skeleton so you couldn't tell right away if it was human or not. The State Police had the bones tested and they are animal bones. There is a lot of wildlife from deer to bears around the plant so it does make some sense. I will let you all know that since February there have been 7 bodies or remains found in CT and just over the line in RI. Some were female and the others were males. All but one are cold cases. A woman's torso was found in a suitcase in a Groton, CT cemetery and it was her roommate that killed her.
Not much going to for the weekend except I want to go blueberry picking tomorrow morning. The weather is supposed to be nice so crossing fingers I get there in the morning and then back home to do outside stuff.
QOTD: Has anyone ever heard of grounding or earthing? The Earthing Movie It has to do with the earth's energy and walking around barefoot. The Youtube video I posted explains it. I know if I walk around outside barefoot for a while I can almost feel the energy in body coming back.

Good afternoon menu friends!
I'm slow going today but have actually got a lot done. Sheets washed, clothes washing...we also got groceries.
We found out yesterday that w have to have the main toilet replaced. Ggggaaaahhhhreat. We also have to get the kitchen sink line cleaned as well. All together over 1000 bucks. I'm paying what I can and we'll have to pay it off Monday. I could only give 300 because I got paid today. It is what it is.
I feel icky right now. Not sure what's got me feeling icky eigher. Laying low for a bit.
QOTD: I do it sometimes in the summer but often forget about it all together.
B: pita half pocket sandwich and coffee
L: other pita half with hamburger and cheese, Cheetos ugh.
D: probably an egg, zero net carb small tortilla and maybe some feta.
