I am new to the group and I am 13 years post-op. I would like some advice on what vitamins I should be taking. Haven't been all that good about taking vitamins but for the past 7 or 8 months I found out that I am anemic and my iron level is severely low.

I have tried to take iron but it gives me constipation very much.
