Hi All!
Sorry it seems like I have been away from the board forever. Just wanted to give you some updates on me. Most of you know Ted has been deployed and won't be home until September. I am now down 130 lbs
. I have gone from a size 28-30 to a 14. I was going through my closet yesterday and found a paid of 28's that were too tight on me last year and today I can probably fit me and both my kids in them. What's so neat is that I went and visited my mom in Columbia this past weekend and I was able to wear her clothes. IT WAS AWESOME! I am not sure if she likes it, but I sure did.
I hope all is well with everyone and I'm sorry I haven't been on in awhile.
HUgs to all,
Britt

I had to comment on wearing your Mother's clothes! I know that feeling. The last time I did that was in middle school. I am now 28 and can wear some of my mother's clothes. I can't wear them all, but the mere fact that anything in her "skinny" wardrobe fit me is amazing!!!
I am so happy for you! Congratulations! When your husband comes home, he won't recognize you!

I hope I feel better and/or good enough to go on Thursday night. My hubby is coming home on Thursday night for Harrison's graduation from high school on Friday, so I am excited as its been 2.5 weeks since I have seen him.
I feel like my life is up in the air right now!
I hated it when he was deployed, but it went pretty quickly once the first month went by. Just stay busy!
I am so upset Britty that we may have to move to CA. I was so looking forward to living here and building our new house and living near all you guys in Goose Creek, and also going to the gym with you.
Please promise me that you will come visit me in California and mean it!!! Tommy will be flying lots, Harrison and Tyler are in college, and mommy will be a OC Housewife, so I hope to get lots of company!
You are doing great! You look amazing!!! I can't believe how much we have all changed, and how quickly it has all gone!! A year ago, I never would have believed I be down 116lbs, met a whole bunch of new friends, be skinnier now turning 40, than when I was 30, and have 2 grown sons moving away from home, and possibly moving out of state!! WOW what a year for me!!
You are the bomb!
and just think, you have a whole 4 months to shock your husband with more weight loss when he comes home!! That was the fun part for me when my hubby was gone....hee hee, you and I need to go to Fredericks or somewhere fun or Victoria's!
Miss seeing you, I hope to be there Thursday depending how I am feeling.
Deb

Hey Britt!
I have been neglecting the board, too, it seems. I will be at JC's this week because I am in need of remotivation and refocusing on myself instead of everyone else.
As for wearing your mom's clothes, that is awesome! My goal is to fit into my daughter's clothes! Ha! She says it will never happen and I tell her to just wait cause I'll be raiding her closet yet! Hahaha!
You are a great inspiration! 130 pounds is astonishing! I am awestruck. I feel like I am spinning my wheels at 25 pounds and going nowhere. Y'all are so incredibly motivating to me, so THANK YOU! BIG hugs!
Christine
