**What did YOU eat today?-Wednesday**
bad day for me
brkfast: nothing
snack: none
lunch: nothing
snack: slice of cheese
dinner: not sure really got bbq ribs cooking so might have a lil piece of that (but it'll make me sick so might have nothing)
not bad to be full of a slice of cheese so far
water: 16 oz's
vits: none
exercise: walked all over walmart and cleaned house today so guess I have...

I had to work today so it wasn't the best day for eating and being good.
Breakfast- one boiled egg, cottage cheese with no sugar added applesauce, one small carton of skim milk.
Snack- nothing, no time to eat
Lunch- salad with FF raspberry vinegrette dressing, lots of cheese, and meat on it, two ounces of left over gumbo( be glad when its all gone).
Snack- damn Easter Bunny left some jelly beans in my kitchen so I snuck about 6 of them, and ejoyed every bite.
Supper- Rabbit stew, lol. Damn rabbit should have known better than to leave candy laying around. Acutally I had another salad with ham, cheese, almonds, carrots and olive oil and vinegar.
Snack- nothing, I had enough candy to do me in
Water, not too good today maybe 20 ounces
vitamins- yes
exercise- does walking, bending, making beds, wiping chitty butts, and being on my feet for 13 hours count?

I think you are doing good. I would have eaten the bag of jellybeans.
And considering my job involves sitting on my a$$ all day, you job would definitely count as exercixse to me.
By the way, I think there is more than one rabbit out there. So when you see the one that keeps leaving the candy around my desk, please make a big pot of stew for me too. I'll be by to pick it up later!
