**What did you eat today - Tuesday?**

OK, here goes...
Bfast: Egg beaters w/ salsa
snack: WC oatmeal
lunch: turkey and cheese sandwich (lite bread) soy protien snacks & SF pudding (VERY HUNGRY!!!)
snack: I don;t know, but I am hungry again...
Dinner: easy, more Chicken tortilla soup leftovers
Vitamins: 1/2 in
water: great
exercise: yep, 3 miles on the elliptical trainer at lunch (someone kill me)
and YOU????
Protein bar
lunch: subway club wrap
snack: fiber one cereal and peaches
dinner: Don't know yet...still thinking...maybe spaghetti (whole wheat noodles)
vit: No (gotta get better with those)
Exercise: no
water: ok ...not the best day -Garth Brooks


















































Hello!!!!! Breakfast.......protein shake snack....nada lunch.....chef salad with low fat dressing
snack.....protein bar dinner.... probably a protein shake on the way back to the hospital snack.....I will take a protein bar for later exercise....no....hopefully tomorrow if I get some sleep tonight water....ok vits 2/4

Mid morning: zone bar
lunch: porkchop and greenbeans
Mid afternoon: 1 checken strip, stewed apples, and mack and cheese
Dinner: Dont know yet, mmm looking over that I need to eat another veggie and maybe leftover chicken.
Water: only 36 oz (had to attend a class for work this morning and forgot to take some with me)
Vitamin: 1/2 in
Exercise: I hope tonight, since I was lazy this morning
I am also going to drink a profect before walking...so I got my protein extra in.
I have not done very well today but here goes....
Bfast--2 cheese sticks
Snack--trail mix
Lunch--4 pc McNuggets (bad I know) and about 5 fries
Snack--100 calorie pack/4crackers
Dinner-- no clue yet...
Vit: 1/2
water: 1/2
