Sugar free aspartame free?

hello, I have noticed that the post and pre surgery diets consist of alot of sugar free drinks like crystal light. Does anyone know of any good sugar free non aspartame drinks? Aspartame gives me migraines and i also heard that it restricts wieght loss! hmmm anyone have any comments?
