DENIED by BCBS/PPO

Hi, I was denied due to a "contract exclusion". I've made motions with my company and they are working on it. Can anyone give me advice? Please let me know if you've gone through this as well. Thank you!

If your employer or spouses employer put the contract exclsion in the policy then blue cross has nothing to do with it u will have to talk to human resources at work to see if they will remove the exclusion some companies put certain exclusions in policies to keep costs lower.
