I have REALLY slowed down with the weight loss and I thought this may help me and others get on track. I hope I can get some good ideas from you for protein sources. I am trying to DRINK DRINK DRINK also. B - vanilla protein shake S - 1/2 power crunch bar l - salad with grilled chicken s - other 1/2 of power crunch bar D - I DON"T KNOW YET, help I will probably have 1 latte with skim milk also. and lots of water Mary

Menu looks good to me. I have started eating sliced cheese with peperoni slices at night and have really enjoyed it. Saw Deb over the weekend. She looks great! Says pain is gone but isn't positive she passed all of the kidney stones. Said to DRINK, DRINK, DRINK and then DRINK some more! Susann

I started with an Advantage protein shake with extra protein powder water 1/2 bacon & egg omelet (breakfast leftovers from yesterday) with 2tbls hash browns water snapple dinner will be pasta fagioli (from olive gardens receipe) I just don't eat enough, I thought I was doing all right until I saw it in print, well, I'll have some sliced cheese and ham later on. Aren't we having fun? I never thought I would worry about not eating enough, but I do and I really enjoy it!! Maybe that just takes the place of worrying about eating too much. Gee maybe a little OCD going on.

B- Yogurt shake/low carb drinkable slim n fit, by Danon, with 2 gm sugar, and 6 gm of protein...I add about 1/2 scoop of protein powder, and that makes it about 17gms total protein. S- 1/2 cup or so of cheerios with splenda and carb countdown milk D- salad, small bite of bread (Texas Roadhouse) and steak tips, maybe like 3 total?? I was full after the salad 2 bottles of water, I am low today!!! Need more for the stones, they are thirsty I hear. S- Edy's carb benefit, sugar free, chocolate icecream, pecans and 5 mini choc. chips with spray whipped cream...I eat it every nite, well, most nites, and I eat about 3 tablespoons full and I am full and give the rest away to my hubby 2 tbsps of benefiber a few crackers spread out through the day and about 1 handful of nuts. Not a great day...food wise or business wise, I am so upset over work right now!! Love you guys! I am drinking water now, and want another bottle before bed! Deborah
