Probably not on the ellipitcal machine b/c it moves you kinda side to side as you're going up and down (love my wierd explanation!!). My problem is that I tend to scar horribly, so this last surgery, my PS closed me differently to see if I heal any better. Doing all I can to keep tension off the incisions is my responsibility.....and I'm really trying my best to get an A++ on this homework assignment! And I absolutely love my PS....and he's really affordable (as compared to other PS) for those things where I've not had insurance help. I've been truly blessed in this area. And no breast implants yet. My upcoming schedule: 6/29 Revision Thighplasty; 8/31 Outer Thigh/Butt Lift; 11/22 Breast Augmentation....and sometimes next year a neck lift. A brachioplasty is an arm lift. MR = muscle repair. And prayers for my perfect man would be wonderful. I'm already not looking, so he's sure to show up when I least expect it. And I agree, it sounds like you definitely have a good one!!

Hey Dawn, Thanks so much for taking charge of this! I am the little engine that could who is always saying I think I can, I think I can, but I need help getting up that hill and saying I know I can, I know I can. I am committed to start my walking today. I'm only 12 days post-op but I know I can at least do 15-20 minutes. I didn't exercise yesterday, but I was up on my feet doing a whole lot more around the house than I should have been so I was a little sore. If I can do more, I will, but I am only going to commit myself to a small amount so I don't let myself down. Here goes nothing! Christine
