Hi Becky. Thursday was one of only a handful of meetings I have missed since I started this group last August - and when I say missed, I mean it literally. The support of our group is so wonderful and I really missed you guys Thursday night! Glad you are doing so well - and am looking forward to seeing everyone next Thursday night! Susann

Hi Becky... Sorry we couldn't be there Thursday ... we haven't been going to the LCBB meetings because it's pretty much impossible for me sit on a stool. I have a sciatic nerve problem from my left hip & buttock down my leg which causes my left foot to go numb. I can't be up on my feet more than 5 - 10 mins at a time before the pain & numbness starts. I've been thinking about bringing a lawn chair but all you gals will be so far up in the air on those stools that I wouldn't be part of the conversation..LOL! Besides Thursday I spent all day at MUSC getting my pre-op done. Glad to have that out of the way. Also went to the nutritional class as well and got my Gastric Bypass booklet. I was worn out by the time we got home. Oh yeah, my DH went with me. Bless his heart...he's such a treasure. I have some good news to report if anyone is interested. LOL ! Dr. Byrne decided to do my surgery laproscopically. Yippeeeeeeeeeee !! We're really happy about that ! Wish you would call !! Suuz
