Somehow you read my mind. I was craving brownies all day yesterday. I even went looking all over the website for a recipe for SF brownies but they all got bad reviews. I couldn't find anything and then your post. I already bought the supplies last night and plan on making this tonight. I think I will add some nuts to mine (I think I have some crushed pecans at home). Yum Yum. Now I can't wait to get home and make it. Thanks for the recipe!  Have you ever heard of cheescake brownies? I remember eating them many years ago from the cookie store in the mall. It had cheescake swirls in the brownie. That was what I was really craving. Haven't had one in years but it just popped in my mind yesterday (weird how that happens). I need a sf recipe for that and it taste as good as I remember. I am tempted to go see if they still sell them at the mall and just eat part of it but I am fighting that temptation.

Thanks for the pasta-less recipes. I've never had spaghetti squash before but it sounds yummy. I will try the lasagna as well. Y'all are great.

Scott, you and Beth are so creative!  That trifle looks delicious!  I will have to try it out on my daughter and her friends.  I have been making desserts for them, letting them try them, and then telling them that they are sugar free!  I think they are on to me now, but they still like what I fix!
