Birthday!!!!!!
It's my 1 year birthday today !!!! 
I can't belive how my life has changed in a year. I've lost 125lbs and have gained a new life. I want to say thank you to all of you who were there for me in the begining and who continue to be there for me now. I guess now the real hard work begings.. (keeping it off)!! with God's grace and your support I will. I never want to be 323lbs again and I NEVER will.

This b-day is better than the first birthday, I will actually be able to remember it. LOL, Cause lately there's not a lot of things that follow on that list!!!! Any WHo that is wonderful lady bug, the best news ever, I am so proud of ya.

Congratulations on making the decision to take a new lease on life and sticking with it. I know this is not always an easy journey we have decided to venture out on, but you have hung with it and slogged through the "muck" to get where you are today. I know you are proud of your accomplishment and you will continue to succeed as you know where you were and what it took to get you where you are today.
You are an inspiration to those of us that are in the beginning stages of our own journey and we appreciate you for that.
