Good am all, How are ya'll doing? Its a new day with new chances & new choices. We're up & at 'em & its shaping up to be a bit warmer today again. Yesterday was gorgeous & Nora & I & our lunch date hit the park for a glorious walk & talk. It was just beautiful!!! We laughed & chatted & made jokes & took in the sights & sounds & Nora was talking up a storm. The buggas were real excited to play outside & enjoy nature. It wasn't long before the temps changed to cooler ones & the wind was blowing a bit here & watching the leaves dance under the stars is such a sight to see. So, I made a list of all the books I'm wanting & dang I'm gonna be busy but I'm reading up on some fun things & some inspirational things as well that will help continue building my relationship with the Lord & others. I'm REAL excited!!! That brings me to something I read just this am that is really uplifting & I'm gonna share it here!  Joy in His Presence   Today's Scripture  “You have made known to me the path of life; You will fill me with joy in Your presence, with eternal pleasures at Your right hand” (Psalm 16:11).  Do you need more joy in your life today? God promises that joy is found in His presence, and if you’ve accepted Jesus as your Lord and Savior, then His presence lives inside of you! That joy manifests when you focus your mind and heart on the Father and begin to praise Him for what He’s done in your life. The Bible says that He inhabits the praises of His people. When you begin to praise and thank Him, you are in His presence where there is fullness of joy. It doesn’t matter where you are or what’s going on around you, you can access the joy that’s inside of you at anytime, day or night. And know this: God wants you to experience His supernatural joy and peace at all times. That’s why He chose to live inside of you and give you an endless supply. Don’t waste another minute feeling overburdened and discouraged. Let the joy of the Lord be your strength, and you will move forward in victory on the path of life He’s prepared for you!  A Prayer for Today  Father in heaven, thank You for an endless supply of joy. Today, I choose to cast my cares on You and give You the praise, glory, and honor You deserve. Let joy flow through me today so that I can be a witness of Your goodness to those around me. In Jesus’ Name. Amen.  I think its real important to us & our journeys to be able to find joy in even the smallest victories as I'll call them. So what if the scale didn't move this week *I* did & I feel better & can feel my body changing and shifting and toning and getting better & better. So what if I didn't accomplish every thing on my "to do list" today my inbox will still be full tomorrow. Sometimes we have to make choices to say I'm not going to be so serious & I'm seeking joy & happiness & great spots in my day. We get caught up in the every day & we forget to get caught up in the Lord and family & friends & sometimes we need to be reminded where we came from.  On these journeys we go through monumental changes and with those changes comes choices & responsibilities really. Changes physically, mentally, spiritually & emotionally - all 4 which really are the areas to fulfill in our lives to be balanced. The choices we make are the lessons we learn & the ones we are taught. I still remember clearly being 300+ lbs and the struggles I faced, how alone I felt, how scared I was that I was going to get the very real & life taking diseases that run in my family, that I was going to be forever invisible & just matter taking up space. But, that isn't the case anymore. I've worked hard & although I've not always done all the right things I've tried & not given up.  Oh sure I've wanted to but I know myself & know the Lord & know better. I've seen some go through this journey and completely disassociate themselves with themselves if that makes sense. Ahhhh but that person is never really gone just hidden. Unfortunately that person deep inside always finds a way out & sadly until we address ourselves fully & deal with the person we are & choose to make better choices & quite blaming others & pointing fingers & realizing we are not the *only* one who matters and that hurting others for pleasure & personal gain is going to tear us to pieces little by little.  I'm fortunate, blessed & certainly know that along the way I faltered, slipped & fell but by the grace, love, guidance, support of God, family & my trusted friends/connections & sheer determination of God & His work on me I can say I've dealt with ME & NOW I'm able to help others. I've always felt like a fixer & finally I'm learning how to fix me!!! Isn't that the BEST feeling in the world??? Feeling fulfilled in all 4 realms in which we truly need together to thrive. I am so thankful that God has given me chances to make choices to get things right in my life & be the best person I can be. I will still cut up & have fun, I will still get mad, glad, happy etc but I know that I have support & I give it & just ask that others are tolerant of me as I am of them.  I see the board beginning to grow a bit. Some oldies, some newbies, some working towards surgery, some lurkers....no matter we are ALL significant & important & have things to share & give. I am GRATEFUL that I can come here everyday & learn new & amazing things & meet some great folks so THANKS A BUNCH to ya'll for sharing yourselves & your stories with us all. :o)  Enjoy your Tuesday & big hugs, prayers & happy thoughts be sprinkled to everyone! All best......

Good morning, Love!  I would ask how you are this AM but I can see you are feeling inspirational.  Very nicely put...thanks. BTW, I don't think I mentioned to you that I read that poem you sent me at Auntie's memorial.  I managed to read it through without going to pieces & at the reception afterwards I was stopped many times with words of thanks for sharing it with her friends & family.  Thank you so much, Kat, for sending that to me.  It touched a lot of hearts, most assuredly mine included. I'm gonna finish xmas decorating & then go run some errands this AM.  Need stocking stuffers & a new heater to buy. Have a blessed day & be happy.  I love you.

Hugs!
Ann

Good Morning Beautiful!!!!  Love your message.  Today is another beautiful day.  Lots of great things coming up in the next few weeks with the holidays, lots of time with families and friends and I am so excited about it all. Last night was good.  Went to the gym & moved my body, felt great afterwards.  Got to use my new ipod and loved it.  It was so nice to tune into my own little world, move my body & have some me time.  Had dinner with my hubby & some quiet time together.  Our oldest is going through a tough time right now as she is starting to mature, she is having some relationship issue with her stepdad & some identity issues and is really hurting right now.  We spent some time chatting with her about life & lessons last night.  Hopefully we can guide her well.  Say some prayers for her & us please. Tonight will be busy with a big family get together, lots of brothers/sisters, nieces/nephews, I can't wait.  Well have a great day & remember you are loved.
