Hi, Cathy...ME TOOO!!!  When I was at the grocery store this past week-end I bought some gladware and put the kids goodies and cookies in them.  They know where they are and I manage to stay out that way.  I made Jon and I some healthier things and I noticed that the kids are in them too...!!!

You've been in my thoughts lately...maybe this is why!  Hugs coming your way...

I like that idea.... out of site out of mind. (sort-a) any way, I have been thinking of you too lately. I pray that you and your family have a great Christmas. How is your daughter? I will be getting with you soon (after Christmas $$$) about ordering some more AchiveOne! I LOVE the cappichino flavor! Tootles! Cath

Hi Cath - thanks for posting this. It is GREAT to see others responses as well. I think we all benefit knowing we are not alone. Its also very much related to the season/time of year. I have been facing a bit of a different type situation but its making eating nonetheless stressful & kinda of bugging me. I am not able to eat some things I was/could due to some of my levels being off so I'm working hard to find things I can actually deal with the taste of & eat without issue. This pm is the 1st night in 3 weeks I have honestly attempted to eat a decent meal without having the smells & tastes making me gag, get nauseous &/or throw up.  I am keeping things down & foods/drinks are starting to taste a bit better & not cause me so much turmoil. I have been so thankful/grateful for my protein drinks & pushing the liquids. I hope things get better for you and others here as well. Together we can keep on supporting one another & getting through this mess together. Big hugs.....

Cathy, You have done great so far. You look awesome in your NYC photo - keep up the good work. BTW... there is nothing wrong with being a bear.   :-) Joe
