PROTEIN BALLS
Hi Tink...
I use this recipe.
1 cup oatmeal
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup protein powder (choc or vanilla)
6 packets of spenda (I use more, I like them sweeter)
Heat the peanut butter in the microwave until melted slightly.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
*(I sometimes add a few tablespoons full of SF flavored syrup to make moist)
Form into bite size balls and put into a air tight container.
Store in the fridge.
Enjoy!
