THANK GOODNESS ITS FRIDAY YA'LL!!!

Good am, How are ya'll doing? GREAT I hope! How was your Thursday? Ours was jam packed beyond belief. I MIGHT have forgotten to address a couple of issues yesterday and this resulted in the WORST headache I've had in MONTHS and I had to take some meds to alleviate it. BOO HOO! What's on the books for your Friday/weekend? Its going to be a GORGEOUS Friday and we've got traveling to do to get up to NOVA so I'm running around like crazy getting things together and making sure the home front is straight. All best for safe drives and happy arrivals and for those who cannot make it all best for a GREAT Friday and weekend! KK

Man oh Manochevitz!!! I too had a jam packed day. I got up early and didn't stop until 9:15 last night when I collapsed to watch CSI. I taped Greys and Lost....I'm a junkie to those shows. Hubby and I were supposed to go to his parents but some conflicts came our way and we will be home. It's gonna be in the 80's today and tomorrow. I gotta put on my walking shoes and walk the dogs so I can keep on with my May goal of moving 5 days a week.

Good morning! Today I have a quite a busy schedule. After I tidy up the house, I am going to the gym to give me energy to complete my LONG list of things I have to do today while my sweeties are in school. WE are going to the Richmond race tomorrow (NASCAR). It is NOT my cup of tea, but my kids and hubby are insisting that I go and that I WILL have fun. I am not so sure about it. I HATE racing. How many times can you watch some really fast cars go around and around before you loose your head???????? Plus... the weather man has announced that there is a 50% chance of RAIN!!! OH come on weather man... you are breaking my heart!!!! So I have to make sure I have everything that I need to go to the race. Rain gear, snacks, drinks, sweatshirts, and what ever else that I need to get myself and my family to get though the day and night. BLAHHH!!!! Who knows I may even come home a full fledged NASCAR fan! NOT!! I dont even know who drives what cars! My kids tell me that I will have a great time and that they are looking forward to seeing my reaction to the race. I just pray that there are NOT any bad wrecks. (or is that against racing fans rules???) Have a great weekend everybody! cath

Take it from someone who grew up in a NASCAR house (imagine the humilitation of being 15 and having your father stretch a giant "Welcome Nascar Fans" banner across your entire front yard), wishing for no bad wrecks is definitely against racing fans rules! My father still has not forgiven me - and reminds me regularly - of a race he took me to when I was about 10 (20 years ago!) and he had to take me to the bathroom and he missed a wreck involving his least favorite driver!  He hasn't taken me to a race since.  I'm fairly certain that's why my sister is his favorite and not me. Just take earplugs and you'll be fine. If nothing else, races are a great place for people-watching!

Too funny!!!! I have about 10 pairs of earplugs!! Overkill... maybe, but I am taking no chances.... I will enjoy the people watching, that is for sure...... you know how those NASCAR fans can get......

Well NASCAR fan here.  Definitely more fun to see in person if you are at a good track & Richmond is a good one.  Just don't root for Jeff Gordon or Tony Stewart & you will be fine.  Just kidding to JG & TS fans.  Enjoy the time with the family.  At least it will give you some ammo to get them to do something you want that they don't, you just say remember I was willing to go try the race, lol.  Have fun.

I think the M&M car is really cute... that is all I know. I dont know who drives it... so I guess I will be cheering for who ever drives that yummy looking car...

Morning beautiful!!!!!!!  Great day yesterday.  Worked, groceries, dinner with the family, some outside time to play, then off to bed.  Just waiting for today to go by so that it will be Saturday & I can see everyone.  Lots of excitement here.  Have a great one, safe travel to all.  Love ya!

Happy Friday to all of you!!! Met with my prayer group for breakfast. Then paid some bills, ugh. Then to the grocery store. Tonight I am going to an International potluck. Going to bring hummus and pita bread quarters. Something good...easy...and that I can eat.
